Planet Fun’s First Anniversary

Planet Fun at Kunia Shopping Center enjoyed two days packed with first anniversary celebrations. The big party kicked off Nov. 25 with a performance and autograph session by Jordan Segundo of American Idol fame, followed by keiki karaoke singers. Actress and former Miss Hawaii Tracy Toguchi was also on hand to entertain with songs from her latest CD. “We had about 500 people walking through the doors that day,” said Ryan Kusumoto, who owns Planet Fun along with Michelle and Al Kakazu. Their facility boasts an arcade, a full restaurant, a video screen lit up with hit music numbers throughout the day, and a karaoke stage. “We had a great time,” exclaimed Kusumoto. “It’s been a great year!”
