arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant after striking a moped with his Ford pickup truck. Fruean was searched and arrested for drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine that was recovered from his pockets.

Fruean is wanted for a $50,000 warrant for failing to appear for sentencing at Circuit Court on Sept. 5, 2007. Fruean was to be sentenced for promoting a dangerous drug in the third degree, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant.

Fruean has four convictions for promoting a dangerous drug, deferred acceptance violation and probation revocation.

Fruean frequents Waipahu and downtown areas.

On July 14, 2006, a search warrant was executed on a residence in Waimanalo because of drug complaints. Police conducted a search, and a stolen computer from the state Department of Education was recovered and submitted into evidence, as well as drugs and drug paraphernalia. Lee was arrested for the offenses.

Lee is wanted on a $20,000 warrant for failure to appear for review at Circuit Court on Dec. 17, 2007, for the charges of unauthorized computer access in the second degree, theft in the second degree, promoting a dangerous drug in the third degree and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Lee has one conviction for driving under the influence of an intoxicant.

Lee frequents the Waimanalo area.

Hispanic male, 46, 5-foot-6, 135 pounds, black hair, brown eyes

On Feb. 5, 2002, William Young was stopped for a traffic violation. Officers observed drug paraphernalia, which tested positive for methamphetamine in the vehicle. Young was arrested for promoting a dangerous drug in the third degree and unlawful use of a drug paraphernalia.

Young is wanted for a $50,000 warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation on the charges of promoting a dangerous drug in the third degree and unlawful use of a drug paraphernalia.

Young has 21 convictions for drug paraphernalia, promoting a dangerous drug in the third degree, assault, contempt of court, resisting arrest, terroristic threatening and driving without a license.

He frequents the Leeward and Waianae.

On May 19, 2005, police executed a search warrant on a business that is known for illegal gambling. Police conducted the search and arrested Melissa Rose Magbitang, an employee, for possession of illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Magbitang is wanted for a $20,000 warrant for failure to appear and comply with the terms and conditions of her probation on the charges of promoting a dangerous drug and unlawful Use of drug paraphernalia.

Magbitang has two convictions for drug paraphernalia and promoting a dangerous drug.

She frequents the Pearl City area.

On March 13, 2006, police officers executed a search warrant on a residence where they discovered a clandestine laboratory in Waianae that produced methamphetamine. Rhonda Kaleohi was in the home and arrested for promoting a dangerous drug and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Kaleohi is wanted for a $50,000 warrant for failure to appear for sentencing at Circuit Court on Jan. 16, 2008, on the charges of promoting a dangerous drug and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Kaleiohi frequents the Waianae and Kalihi area.

Tattoo: rose On Oct. 5, 2001, Julia Miner was arrested for having possession of illegal drugs when police executed a search warrant because of complaints of drug activity at her residence.

Miner is wanted on a $11,000 warrant for failure to appear at Circuit Court for a further review hearing, a motion for revocation of probation and resentencing on Jan. 8, 2007.

Miner has two convictions for promoting a dangerous drug and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

She frequents the North Shore area of Oahu.

On Aug. 2, 2004, a victim parked and secured his vehicle in a downtown parking structure. Upon returning to his vehicle, he discovered that it was broken into and items were missing. The fingerprints recovered from the vehicle were a match to Charles Unaite, who was arrested on May 13, 2005, for the offense of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.

Unaite is wanted on three $20,000 warrants for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation on the charges of unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.

Unaite has 20 convictions for criminal property damage, theft, unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, contempt of court, driving without a license, probation revocation and parole violation.

Unaite frequents the Kapolei, Waianae and Makaha areas.

On Nov. 13, 2005, police were investigating an assault-type case in the downtown area. The suspect, identified as Moesolo Tuiloma, was being detained for questioning along with another male. While seated on the sidewalk, the second male reached into Tuiloma’s shoe and removed a clear Ziplock bag containing a white substance. The male struggled with officers and fled. The ziplock bag was recovered and Tuiloma was arrested for promoting a dangerous drug and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Tuiloma is wanted on a $30,000 warrant for failure to appear at Circuit Court on a motion to revoke his probation, resentencing and probation review on Jan. 9, 2008.

Tuiloma has 29 convictions for promoting a dangerous drug, robbery, assault, drug paraphernalia, escape, abuse, driving without a license, fraudulent use of license plates, resisting arrest, terroristic threatening, criminal property damage, disorderly conduct, driving under the influence, liquor violations, no-fault insurance and parole violation.

Tuiloma frequents the Honolulu and West Oahu areas.
