Four Windward students - Theresa Richmond and Kevin Tanaka of Kailua, and Amelia Linsky and Christopher Medeiros of Kaneohe - have been named candidates for the 2009 Presidential Scholars Program, based on their college board test scores. Ultimately, two high school students from each state will be invited to Washington, D.C. for official honors.
