Mangoes At The Moana
Del.icio.usThe Moana Surfrider recently celebrated all things mango with a month-long celebration, Mangoes at the Moana. The grand finale, “Tree to Table - a Mango Throw Down,” featured the talents of 17 of Hawaii’s top chefs as they competed to prepare the tastiest mango dishes. “Foodraiser” proceeds benefit the University of Hawaii’s Culinary Institute of the Pacific.
