The second annual Art at the Capitol welcomed the public to view works from the Hawaii State Foundation on Culture and Arts displayed in the lawmakers’ offices. The event offered the community a chance to mingle with artists and lawmakers after hours, while enjoying music by Hawaii Youth Symphony.
