O.J.Simpson

WELCOME TO Kimo’s Vegas ... The Player’s Edge!

GO DIRECTLY TO JAIL, do not pass Go, do not collect your memorabilia ... That’s what happened to O.J.Simpson when a Nevada jury found him guilty on all counts. He’ll remain incarcerated until sentencing on Dec. 5 and throughout the appeal process that could take up to two years. The “Juice” could potentially spend the rest of his life in prison. The trial lasted for 13 days; the jury deliberated for 13 hours and found him guilty exactly 13 years after he was acquitted for the double murder of Nicole Simpson and Ron Brown ... He gets my vote for the unluckiest man in all the land.

THE (REDACTED) MUSEUM: The Las Vegas Museum of Organized Crime and Law Enforcement is the name the Las Vegas City Council chose for its latest tribute. The redaction obscures the word “mob.” A former attorney for the mob, Mayor Oscar Goodman, said,“I don’t think anybody is able to do tongue-in-cheek the way Las Vegas can do it.” The mob museum is scheduled to open in the spring of 2010.

IN THE MEANTIME, you may wanna check out the Gaming Hall of Fame.Although not as infamous as the mob museum, it profiles all 68 inductees who have made considerable contributions to the Vegas landscape, including Don King (promoter), Emeril Lagasse (chef), Steve Wynn (casino boss), Franco Dragone (O, Mystere, Le Reve,Saltimbanco),Tom Jones (performer), Del Web (developer), Frank Sinatra, and Sam and William Boyd.
