YOU ARE NOT alone … The Casino Chip and Gaming Token Collectors Club Inc. (or CCGTCC for short) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, educational, notfor- profit organization to further the hobby of … you know what. These guys have been around and will be having their 13th annual convention this year. If you think about it, collecting chips has the same inherent problems as collecting coins, stamps, baseball cards, etc. … What’s the grade or condition, is there a price guide, how do you store your collection, what is the rarest chip? … have no fear, they even have a professor of chipology so we can all learn the difference between a chip and a token, a crest and seal, and what is a flip and a jeton? If chipping sounds like a hobby for you, we’ll be talking with the CCGTCC president Mike Skelton on Kimo’s Vegas Tuesday at 6 p.m. on KORL AM690.
