Opportunity Youth Action Hawaiʻi formed in 2020 as a cohort of state and nonprofit partner. Its location at the Kawailoa Youth and Family Wellness Center within a sprawl- ing campus on Oʻahu’s Windward side has created a unique ecosystem of support and wraparound services for youth participating
