  Kailua Wendy’s Receives City Approval For New Wall, Holds Groundbreaking
Kailua Wendy’s owner Cotti Foods has announced that plans for a new wall along the Ulu‘ōpihi Loop border of the restaurant have been finalized, submitted to the City & County of Ho- nolulu Department of Plan- ning and Permitting, and ap- proved. A press conference with groundbreaking cere- mony took place on Jan. 24, and construction began on Jan. 25.
