Waipahu High School Turns 75, Hosts Fair

Waipahu High School turns 75 this year, and to celebrate it will throw an anniversary party from 4 to 8 p.m. April 5 on campus.

The event will feature food vendors, performances by area schools, speeches by distinguished guests and a showcase of Waipahu High’s programs. The formal program will run from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the gymnasium.

The celebration is open to alumni, business partners, friends and family, as well as the entire community.

Free shuttle buses will be provided from August Ahrens, Honowai, Kaleiopuu, Waikele and Waipahu elementary schools, and from Waipahu Intermediate to Waipahu High. Buses leave every 30 minutes until 9 p.m.

The school is located at 94-1211 Farrington Hwy.
