Spring Fest Fun Saturday At Golf Park

Bay View Golf Park is into its second year as a church-owned property, so Easter festivities are ready to roll – with thousands of prize-filled eggs awaiting keiki on the golf course this weekend.

Windward Church of the Nazarene presents its second annual Spring Fest from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, featuring the egg hunt at 10 a.m. along with games, craft booths, food and entertainment. Also open will be the Mini-Putt and Zipline, driving range, Sports Gear Warehouse, United Cerebral Palsy donation center and the Reynolds Recycling truck.

According to lead pastor Jerry Appleby, the church sponsors the event “to give families a chance to come together and have a fun-filled day, celebrating the Easter season and the beauty of Kaneohe.”

The public also is invited to attend Easter services Sunday at 9 a.m., or sunrise worship at 7 a.m.
