Run, Sign Up By Friday To Take On The Beast

The Beast 10K marks the first race of the Commanding Officer’s Semper Fit Series, hosted by Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS).

Runners can compete as individuals or as 10-person formations in the March 21 race, which starts at 7 a.m. on Marine Corps Base Hawaii. Teams can include military units, high schools or friends and family wanting to compete together. Those running as a unit must start and finish the race together.

The race will start at Dewey Square, travel up and down Radar Road, and proceed along Nu‘upia Ponds Trail. According to MCCS, the course takes runners across both paved roads and dirt trails.

A family-friendly one-mile fun run will follow the race.
