Age 51, 5-foot-10, 245 pounds, brown hair and eyes. Sanford has 20 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
Sanford is wanted for a $25,000 bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation.
On Nov. 5, 2019, the complainant discovered that a male used his stolen credit card and driver’s license to check into a Waikīkī hotel. Police were notified and placed the male, who was identified as Sanford, under arrest for third-degree identity theft, unauthorized possession of confidential personal information and third-degree theft. Sanford was additionally placed under arrest for promoting a dangerous drug in the third degree after he was found to be in possession of a packet containing crystal methamphetamine.
        Tashel Reinick
Age 43, 5-foot-2, 172 pounds, brown hair and hazel eyes. Reinick has four prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
Reinick is wanted for a $25,000 cash-only bench warrant for failure to appear for her trial call on May 19.
On Jan. 19, at approximately 1:30 p.m., a female entered the Mā‘ili Money Mart and handed the teller a check to be cashed. Upon making checks with the account holder, it was discovered that the check
was fraudulent. Police were notified and placed the female, who was identified as Reinick, under arrest for second-degree forgery, unauthorized possession of confidential personal information, third-degree iden- tity theft and fourth-degree attempted theft.
