       Celebrities Return To The Strip
       Entertainment is back in Las Vegas. Come- dians Daniel Tosh and Jo Koy are returning to The Strip: Tosh performs Aug. 14 at MGM Grand, and Koy joins the comedy lineup Aug. 13-14 and Sept. 3-5 at the Wynn.

   Planet Hollywood, mean- while, is welcoming back two lovely ladies to the stage. Shania Twain returns Dec. 2, and Gwen Stefani is back for shows in October and No- vember. While not necessari- ly entertainment, conventions are coming back, too, with World of Concrete returning June 8-10.
Vegas is also going to be the new home for an indoor football team, which will be- gin playing next summer at Dollar Loan Center in Hen- derson. Perhaps the biggest sports news here in the valley is that the Oakland A’s may be following the Raiders to Ve- gas as the Ninth Island’s lat- est professional sports team.

Along with the application, all applicants must be Hawaii State FCU members and answer questions on how the grant will help achieve classroom goals.
*Grant recipients will be selected based on their essay submissions. The dollar value of each grant will vary between $200 and $500 and will be determined based on individual need. To be eligible for the Investing in Education Grant, the applicant must be both a classroom teacher in the Department of Education and a member of Hawaii State Federal Credit Union. Grant funds will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Application submissions are limited to one per teacher, per calendar year. All applications and essays must be submitted no later than 6/30/2021.
