Focus on West Oahu

The state Senate honored recipients of the 2012 United States Small Business Administration's Small Business Awards March 28. Two Kapolei residents were among the awardees and were presented with honorary certificates by Sen. Mike Gabbard. Kathleen Davenport (left), of Kathleen Davenport Photography and West Oahu Women's Network, received the SBA Women in Business Champion of the Year Award.
