Children Discover Chilly Thrills During Snow Day In Kapolei
Although it was an unusual sight, it really was snowing in Kapolei earlier this month – at least on Dec. 1 at Kapolei Commons.
The wintery phenomenon featured 10 tons of snow for children and adults alike to play in and enjoy. Families had snowball fights and built snowmen.
The day’s events also included a holiday craft booth, face painting, live entertainment and more. Santa also was on site to greet the keiki.
To top it off, PACKids & Company ensemble roamed through the shopping center to serenade shoppers with holiday caroling.
