Check Funds PC Summer Fun

Pearl City Foundation is now $700 richer, thanks to a donation from the Pearl City Community Association.

PCCA gave the check to PCF executive director Breene Harimoto during the group’s Halloween Bash last month.

The funds for the donation were provided by PCCA board of directors through membership drives and community fundraisers.

PCCA raises money for PCF annually. This year’s donation will benefit the PCF summer intercession program, which is offered to students who have completed K-6. The program aims to give students a safe, fun and exciting summer filled with academic classes, sports, games, arts and crafts, swimming, cooking and weekly field trips.
