Kapolei Forecasts Snow Nov. 29

Christmas in West Oahu just got a little bit cooler thanks to a Snow Day, sponsored by Kapolei Commons.

Twenty tons of snow will fall Nov. 29 between 10 a.m. and noon in the parking area across from Down to Earth.

In addition to the chilling treat, the public also can enjoy two free photo booths with Santa and storybook princesses, as well as a holiday craft booth presented by Yelp.

Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties will provide a fun holiday activity, and children can enjoy balloons, face painting and glitter tattoos.

Educational displays and activities by NOAA Fisheries, “Habitat in Your Neighborhood,” will promote the importance of coral reef systems.
