eWaste Collection Happening At Mililani High

Aloha United Way has much to gain from Central Oahu residents’ old computers and other electronic discards during an Unlimited eWaste recycling drive from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Mililani High School.

Sponsored by Pacific Corporate Solutions (PCS) in partnership with the nonprofit AUW, the drive will be located in the school gym parking lot, and it will accept all brands of computers, monitors, laptops, printers, fax machines, services and telecom equipment.

The items do not have to be in working order to have value for the collection project.

Most of the collections can be converted into funds for AUW. Commercial businesses also are welcome to bring their e-waste.

PCS is considered an e-waste expert, located at 99-1305 B Koaha Place in Halawa Valley. Items can be dropped off there for free between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. weekdays as well, or the company can pick up e-waste at business or government locations for a fee.
