Kylie Breanne Lucero (Kapolei High School, 2009) is one of 13 queen contestants for the 63rd annual Cherry Blossom Festival. The women also will make various public appearances and perform community service around the island before participating in the 63rd Cherry Blossom Festival Ball March 22, when a new queen and court will be crowned.

Lisa Tarumoto of Aiea has been named to the board of directors of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Hawaii. She is senior vice president with Pacific Access Mortgage. MBAH aims to represents all segments of the real estate finance industry and is dedicated to helping its members conduct their business.

Timothy Brauer has been promoted to executive vice president of real estate investments with Kapolei’s James Campbell Company LLC. Previously serving as senior vice president of real estate investments, Brauer will continue to lead the company’s acquisition activities and chair the company’s investment committee. As part of his new role as executive vice president of real estate investments, he also will lead the organization’s information technology group. Prior to rejoining the company in 2012, Brauer was a managing director of CBRE Inc. in Milwaukee, Wis., and Chicago, Ill.

Mary Ko has been promoted to vice president of human resources with Kapolei’s James Campbell Company LLC. She is responsible for all aspects related to human resources, including employment, benefits compensation and employee relations, as well as overseeing the development, recommendations and promotions of human resources policies and programs. She also manages the company’s general office services. Ko has worked with James Campbell Company and The Estate of James Campbell for 26 years.

Corinne Hiromoto has been promoted to senior asset manager with Kapolei’s James Campbell Company LLC. Hiromoto currently manages a diversified portfolio of investment properties in Hawaii for the company and is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the income and value of these assets. Prior to joining James Campbell Company in 2013, she was with PM Realty Group LLC, serving as general manager of downtown Honolulu’s Alii Place. She also currently serves as the president of The City of Kapolei Community Association and secretary/treasurer of The Kapolei Local Emergency Action Network (KLEAN).
