WCC Art Faculty Will Strut Its Own Stuff

There’s no need to go far from home to find good art. Windward Community College’s Gallery Iolani knows it, and that’s why its new exhibit, opening this Friday, will feature work from its own art faculty.

The new display kicks off with an artist reception from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, and it runs until May 7.

Seven faculty artists – Norman Graffam, Antoinette Martin, Lufi Luteru, Rob Molyneux, Bryce Myers, Paul Nash and Jordan Souza – will display their work in ceramics, drawing and painting, printmaking, mixed media, fiber art, sculpture and woodcarving.

The gallery is open from 1 to 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday and from 1 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. The gallery will be closed March 23-30 for spring recess and April 18-20.
