United Chinese Society Of Hawaii

United Chinese Society of Hawaii honored Eddie Flores Jr. as the 2016 Model Citizen of the Year Dec. 4 at an awards banquet at Empress Restaurant. Officers and trustees for 2017 also were installed that evening.
