Tsugio Uchida Wins A $250 Spree At City Mill

Tsugio Uchida is fixing his bathroom and needed some tile, so on a recent Friday he took a trip to City Mill in Kaneohe.

As he made his purchase at 9:20 a.m., MidWeek‘s representative approached Tsugio with a simple question. He answered correctly and instantly won a $250 City Mill shopping spree.

“I like shopping at City Mill because it’s very handy and they have very nice people who work here,” said this week’s Mystery Shopper, who is retired from Hawaiian Electric. “They always help you out, especially us old guys. I always come here.”

Tsugio was born on the Big Island, and has two grown children with wife Dora. In his free time, he enjoys “meeting the boys” to drink coffee in the morning. He also likes to read MidWeek. “I usually go through it from top to bottom,” he said. “I read everything, especially Ron Nagasawa’s column.”
