Tourney Aids Grieving Families

The Joshua Neves Children’s Foundation (JNCF) currently is seeking sponsors and players for its second annual charity golf tournament July 13 at the Hawaii Prince Golf Club in Ewa Beach.

JNCF is a local nonprofit that was started two years ago by Erica and Max Neves after their son Joshua passed away from complications of the flu when he was just 3 years old.

JNCF exists to support families who have suffered the loss of a child. It provides family counseling, bereavement support, financial aid and spiritual guidance.

Proceeds from the tournament will benefit JNCF programs.

Registration and a putting contest begin at 10 a.m., and the tournament starts at noon.

To play, the cost is $145 per player or $435 per 3-person team.
