Signing ceremony for the Honolulu Sister City
A signing ceremony recently took place in the Mission Memorial Auditorium to establish a sister-city relationship with the City of Candon, Province of Ilocos Sur, Republic of the Philippines in an effort to strengthen a mutual friendship and understanding between the two cities.
