Our invaluable VA loan education has significantly contributed to the ability of our clients becoming successful homeowners. The educational program, like no other provided locally, is carried out with free monthly seminars offered to prospective homebuyers, their families and even local real estate agents.

In addition, we now have added Home Financing Options Seminars conducted by our branch manager, Rachel Willis. Sessions cover USDA, FHA and conventional loans. At a VA home loan seminar, attendees learn about VA loan basics, including eligibility information, credit building and so much more. Attendees also have the chance to ask experienced loan specialists — many of whom are veterans themselves — questions in a safe learning environment. These loan experts are uniquely aware of the stresses that military homebuyers endure when becoming homeowners because of their own experiences while serving. The team here at Aligned Mortgage strives to relieve those stresses through one-on-one consultations at our office. We strive to get our customers to the closing table faster with our in-house processing teams and time-zone-specific underwriters. These teams work closely with loan officers and communicate constantly so our clients go from application to closing in the most efficient way.
