Project Grad Garage Sale Set For March 8

Family and Friends of Castle (FFC) will have its annual benefit sale from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 8 in the high school cafeteria to support Project Graduation.

The sale should help keep student costs to a minimum for the 2014 drug-, alcohol- and tobacco-free Project Grad celebration, so that all seniors can attend.

Billed as a Garage Sale, Crafters’ Clearance & White Elephant Sale, the fundraiser seeks volunteers as well as those who want to rent tables and sell their own items, or to shop or donate to the cause. Reservation fee is $30 in advance for a 6-foot table and choice of location, or $25 for walk-in vendors (cash only on March 8). For vendor details, call Lisa at 953-7011.

Also on sale are CHS cookbooks (2013 and earlier) and school T-shirts ($10-$12). Pilo the Breadman will be there with cinnamon buns and Hula Bread, and Oahu Spine & Rehab will give free pressure-point massages.

Donations for the sale can be dropped off at the cafeteria from 3 to 5:30 p.m. March 7.
