Philippine Cultural Foundation Parents Awards
The Philippine Cultural Foundation of Hawaii recently presented its annual Parents of the Year Awards at Empress Restaurant. The event also honored deserving high school valedictorians with scholarships to attend the University of Hawaii for four years provided they maintain a 3.5 GPA.
