Jarrett Keo- hokalole has announced that the City & County of Hono- lulu’s Department of Design and Construction is advising the public about upgrades to the Heʻeia Stream Bridge that will require some sin- gle-lane closures of Kame- hameha Highway during work hours for the next 10 weeks. Starting on Oct. 24, work crews will begin making modifications to the bridge to install new street- lights, which will increase nighttime visibility along that stretch of Kamehame- ha Highway. The work will require single-lane closures that are expected to continue for the duration of the proj- ect.
