arine Corps Base Hawai‘i invites the public to its 2022 Kāne‘ohe Bay Air Show and open house
Aug. 13-14.
General admission is free, although pre-
ferred seating will be available for purchase through Marine Corps Community Services. The event connects the community with ser- vice members and their families, and offers an understanding of the military’s mission.
Headlining this year’s show is the U.S. Navy Blue Angels demonstration team. The event will feature aerobatic performances from professional pilots, as well as military and civilian displays throughout the event. It will also include food vendors, attractions and musical performances.
“This is a great opportunity for Marine Corps Base Hawai‘i to show the community how much we appreciate living and work- ing alongside them in Hawai‘i,” states Col. Speros Koumparakis, commanding officer of Marine Corps Base Hawai‘i.
