 Kāne‘ohe Public Library Bookstore Reopens Sunday
Friends of Kāne‘ohe Library bookstore, located in Kāne‘ohe Public Library, is scheduled to reopen April 18.

 The latest sign of the return to normal on Oʻahu is the reopening of one of the largest library-affiliated bookstores in Hawaiʻi at 1 p.m. April 18 (Sunday).

  Friends of Kāneʻohe Li- brary bookstore, located in Kāneʻohe Public Library, is in full compliance with coronavirus-related safety measures, shares Friends of Kāneʻohe Library president Doug Kreider.
Donations are accepted only during the bookstore’s operating hours on Sun- days and Fridays, and from 4 to 6:30 p.m. on Wednes- days. Bookstore hours are 1-3:30 p.m. Sundays, noon- 3:30 p.m. Tuesdays, 10 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Wednesdays and 1-3:30 p.m. on Fridays.
Face masks, hand sani- tizing and social distancing are required of both volun- teer staff and customers; surfaces are repeatedly sanitized during the day; and customer count is mon- itored to maintain social distances, Kreider adds.
