Free Applications For High Schoolers
University of Hawai‘i Community Colleges is launching a new admis- sion application called the Kama‘āina App, and West O‘ahu high school seniors are welcome to apply.
In addition to a new appli- cation, UHCC offers various scholarships to help make a postsecondary education af- fordable.
The easy and free appli- cation is exclusively for Ha- wai‘i’s class of 2022, and the process takes less than 15 minutes to complete.
Every student who is eligi- ble is considered for the Ha- wai‘i Promise Scholarship, which provides free in-state tuition for qualified UHCC students with financial needs. In 2021, about 2,500 UHCC students were offered more than $5 million of these scholarships.
