Kapolei-based Groups Clean Up On A Recent Sunny Saturday
On April 26, Rotary Club of Kapolei Sunset and Island Pacific Academy’s Interact Club teamed up for the “Ridge to Reef Cleanup and Data Collection” for Rotarians at Work Day. The groups spent the morning picking up roughly 100 pounds of trash from the Kapolei area, including approximately 200 plastic food wrappers, 200 disposable drink cups and straws, and 400 cigarette butts.
