Ariel Rodriguez
Age 39, 5 feet 4, 125 pounds, brown hair and eyes. Rodriguez has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
On Oct. 9, 2014, the complainant responded
to an online ad about a rental unit in Waikīkī, and subsequently met with a woman who claimed to be the landlord. The complainant paid the woman a $1,265 security deposit only to find out the woman was not the landlord and the unit was not for rent. Police were notified and upon investigat- ing identified the woman as Rodriguez. She was arrested for second-degree theft.
Shaun Cabinatan
Age 43, 5 feet 6, 122 pounds, brown hair and eyes. Cabinatan has 22 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu and Wai‘anae areas.
On May 17, 2018, a police officer patrolling the Nānākuli area saw a man driving a vehicle with a shattered windshield and no front license plate. The officer stopped the driver and found the vehicle had been reported stolen from the Waipi‘o area. The driver, identified as Cabinatan, was arrested for unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle.
