Zachary Olander
Age 30, 5 feet 7, 125 pounds, brown hair and blue eyes. Olander has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Mililani area.
On May 28, 2021, the complainants were asleep in their Liliha home when they were awoken by someone turning on their bedroom light. They saw a man standing in their room and called police. Of- ficers arrested the man, later identified as Olander, for first-degree unauthorized entry into a dwelling.
Lawrence Garner
Age 65, 6 feet 1, 250 pounds, black hair and hazel eyes. Garner has 10 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Wahiawā, Kapolei and Honolulu areas.
On Jan. 17, 2022, a loss prevention officer at Home Depot Pearl City saw a man pick up a power tool valued at $778 and leave the store without pay- ing. The man then handed the power tool to another man and both of them left the scene. Police were notified and identified one of the men as Garner. He was arrested for second-degree theft.
Manu Charles, featured here April 12, was arrested April 24 on Ahe Street. He was wanted for violating the terms of his $20,000 supervised release warrant.
