Craig Power
Age 56, 6 feet, 220 pounds, blond hair and blue eyes. Power has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Waipahu and ‘Ewa Beach areas.
On March 14, a woman returned to her vehicle in the Hale‘iwa area and found someone had broken into it and stolen some items from within. She was later notified that some of her credit cards had been used. Police investigated and identified Power as the suspect. They found him and arrested him for unauthorized possession of confidential personal information, third-degree identity theft and fourth-degree theft.
Chop Viyavong
Age 42, 5 feet 4 inches, 130 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Viyavong has 11 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
On Nov. 10, 2012, a man got into an argument with another man in the Pālolo area. As the argu- ment escalated, one of the men brandished a knife and threatened the victim. He was later identified by police as Viyavong and officers arrested him for first-degree terroristic threatening.
UPDATES:
Jonathan Vaivao (featured here Nov. 16) was arrested on Dec. 13 on Maliona Street. He was wanted for a probation revocation warrant and four contempt warrants totaling $25,750.
