lūʻau bombs, and has expanded them to include flavors like Portuguese sausage, butterfish, lup cheong, corned beef and onions, crab palusami and more.
This week in the kitchen, though, he shares his rendition of pani popo (Samoan coconut rolls).
Directions:
Separate Hawaiian rolls from each other. Put 12 in two baking pans with some space between each roll.
Add coconut milk, sugar, con- densed milk and peanut butter power into a pot on high heat to mix well and making sure everything dissolves
evenly. Then, add cornstarch and stir until thick. Pour heated mixture over pans with rolls.
Put uncovered pans in oven at 350 degrees and cook for 15 minutes.
