Age 31, 5 feet 2, 135 pounds, brown hair and eyes. Duarte has 11 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Mililani area.
On Dec. 1, 2021, at around 2 p.m., the com- plainant received a call from a bank on South Bere- tania Street informing her that a woman had tried to withdraw funds from her account. The woman provided the teller with the complainant’s stolen driver’s license, then fled after being questioned. Police were notified and through the investiga- tion identified the suspect as Duarte. She is now wanted on a $60,000 arrest warrant for third-de- gree identity theft and unauthorized possession of confidential personal information.
       Philip Torstenson II
Age 32, 5 feet 8, 132 pounds, brown hair and eyes. Torstenson has 20 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu and Kāne‘ohe areas.
On Jan. 24, 2020, at around 6:30 a.m., the complainant was returning home from a walk in the Kāne‘ohe area when he observed an unknown man walking down his driveway. The complainant later discovered someone had broken into his pool house. Police were called and through the investigation the suspect was identified as Torstenson. He was later found and arrested for second-degree burglary.
