Justin Ando has been appointed branch manager at Territorial Savings Bank’s Mānoa branch. In this position, he will be responsible for branch operations and mortgage loan production. Ando has been with Territorial Savings Bank since October 2019. In addition, he is also currently taking courses to expand his knowledge of computer science and web development.
Allison Wong has been appointed executive director with State Foundation on Culture and the Arts. Wong’s leadership and achievements as executive director at The Contemporary Museum in Honolulu and as deputy director of administration and operations at Honolulu Museum of Art are among the reasons why the SFCA Board of Commissioners selected her for the role.
Jeff Seastrom rejoins G70 as a senior planner. He will assist in the development of environmental and urban planning products including feasibility studies, master plans, land-use permitting applications and environmental compliance documentation. Seastrom has more than 13 years of architecture and planning experience and has completed projects from permit drawings sets through campus master plan design.

Sarah Guay is president and CEO of Hawai‘i Employers Council. She will help address the needs of Hawai‘i’s employers, and be responsible for the company’s leadership, day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Guay has more than 20 years of experience leading initiatives related to human resources, organizational development and workplace culture.
Michael Cain, a 17-year veteran of the state Department of Land and Natural Resources Office of Conservation and Coastal Lands, has been promoted to OCCL administrator. Cain has experience with regulatory conservation land and coastal issues, such as shoreline erosion and armoring, beach nourishment, fishpond restoration, conservation district policy, permits, and more.
Shereen Johnson has been named Hawaiian Telcom’s security operations and compliance director. In this role, Johnson will be responsible for physical and cybersecurity processes and compliance management. Johnson has more than 30 years of management experience in large organizations. Prior to joining Hawaiian Telcom, she was director of security and safety at The Queen’s Medical Center.
