bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation. He has 11 prior con- victions and is known to frequent the Waipahu area. On Dec. 13, 2016, at about 12:12 p.m., a Honolulu
Police Department officer was patrolling the Wahi- awā area when he was flagged down by a motorist who stated that there was a vehicle driving errati- cally. The officer made checks of the area and was able to locate the vehicle parked on a dirt road. The officer observed the men remove items from within the vehicle, which was reported stolen. The officer placed one of the men, who was identified as Gines, under arrest for first-degree unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.
Uzair Hussain
Age 27, 5 feet 4, 155 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Hussain is wanted on an $11,000 bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions
of his probation. He has four prior convictions and is known to frequent the ‘Aiea and ‘Ewa Beach areas.
On April 4, 2017, at about 7 p.m., the victim was talking with a man inside of her vehicle in the Waikele area when they began to argue. As the argument escalated, the man physically assaulted her and threatened her with a knife. When the victim tried to escape, he physically restrained her and prevented her from leaving. The victim was later able to get away and notify police. The suspect, who was identified as Hussain, was subsequently placed under arrest for first-degree kidnapping and terroristic threatening, and abuse of a family or household member.
UPDATES:
Abcede Keawe, who was featured here on June 15, was arrested June 18 at Mill Street and Lualualei Homestead Road. She was wanted for an $11,000 probation revocation warrant, a $20,000 bench warrant, and for third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug.
