• 1/2 cup mayo
• 1 cup softened cream cheese • 1/4 cup pickled ginger
• 1/2 cup green onion
• 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
• 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds • 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon yuzu juice
• 1 teaspoon white pepper
• 1 pound smoked shutome

Add all ingredients into a food processor, except smoked fish, green onions and cilantro. Purée until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until incorporated.
Ingredients for chips:
• 1 pound Okinawan sweet potato • 1 pound Chinese taro
• oil, for frying
Directions for chips:
Slice thin on mandoline, soak in cold water, rinse and repeat. Drain and pat dry. Fry at 325 degrees until crispy. Season with salt.

The job requires workers to be responsible for the operation and condition of company trucks and vans. Workers will be responsible for proper loading and unloading of product and a safe and timely delivery to various locations.
Successful applicants will:
• Be available Monday through Sunday working varied hours and shifts; approximately 15-19 hours per week
• Have clean driver’s abstract with current CDL
• Have a current PUC medical card
• Must be able to stand for long period of time,
lift, bend, stoop and twist with flexibility
• Able to lift and carry at least 40 pounds and
push and pull carts weighing up to 1100 pounds.
• Have previous truck driver experience
• Have forklift certification a plus
• Enjoy being part of a team work environment
