Age 23, 5 feet 5, 130 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Fernandez has six prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
He is wanted on a $20,000 cash-only bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation.
On Dec. 20, 2017, at about 3:55 p.m., the com- plainant was informed by her coworker that her vehicle’s window had been shattered inside a park- ing structure in the Waikīkī area. The complainant went to her vehicle and discovered that someone had broken into her vehicle and taken her property. Police were notified and through the investigation, the suspect was identified as Fernandez. He was later located and placed under arrest for unautho- rized entry into a motor vehicle in the first degree.

Age 29, 5 feet 5, 169 pounds, brown hair and eyes. Keawe has no prior convictions and is known to frequent the Wai‘anae area.
She is wanted on a $20,000 bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of deferral.
On Feb. 17, 2021, at approximately 2:32 p.m., the complainant discovered that someone had broken into her home in the Wai‘anae area. The complainant later observed a woman running away with some
of her property. Police were notified and was able to locate the suspect nearby. The woman, who was iden- tified as Keawe, was subsequently placed under arrest for first-degree burglary. She was also placed under arrest for third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug after she was found to be in possession of a Ziploc bag containing crystal methamphetamine.
