Charisse Esperanza
Age 39, 5 feet 2, 121 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Esperanza has four prior convictions and is known to frequent the ‘Aiea and Honolulu areas.
Esperanza is wanted for an $11,000 warrant of arrest for fraudulent use of a credit card, identity theft and unauthorized possession of confidential personal information, and third-degree theft.
On Jan. 16, 2020, the complainant discovered that an unknown female had used his stolen bank card to withdraw money from an ATM in the Waipahu area. Police were notified and, through the investigation, the female was identified as Esperanza.
Sasha Makahi
Age 31, 5 feet 2, 112 pounds, brown hair and eyes. Makahi has four prior convictions and is known to frequent the ‘Ewa Beach and Honolulu areas.
Makahi is wanted for a $20,000 bench warrant for failure to appear for a hearing on Dec. 2.
On Feb. 1, 2021, the complainant discovered that items had been taken from within his business in the Kapahulu area. Upon reviewing video surveillance footage, he observed an unknown female, later iden- tified as Makahi, crawling under a gate and entering his business after hours. She was later located and placed under arrest for second-degree burglary.
Jasen Hoopai, featured here Dec. 1, was arrested on Dec. 7 at 700 Ke‘eaumoku St. for his $20,000 contempt warrant.
