Age 29, 5-foot-10, 170 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Laybon has eight prior convictions and is known to frequent the Pearl City area.
Laybon is wanted for a $20,000 bench warrant for failure to appear for a status hearing on July 19.
At about 8:18 a.m. Dec. 28, 2020, the com- plainant parked her vehicle in the Tantalus area to go hiking. As she walked away, she looked back
at her vehicle and observed a male shattering her front window and taking property from within. The male then fled in an awaiting vehicle. Police were notified and were able to locate the suspect vehicle nearby. The male, who was identified as Laybon, was subsequently placed under arrest for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle in the first degree.

Damien Napier
Age 31, 5-foot-8, 132 pounds, brown hair and hazel eyes. Napier has six prior convictions and is known to frequent the Kailua area.
Napier is wanted for a $20,000 cash-only bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation.
At about 1:30 p.m. April 18, 2015, a passenger
in a vehicle was stopped in traffic in the Kailua area. The passenger later observed a male carrying a skateboard on the sidewalk, who then approached
her. The male then threw the skateboard onto the ve- hicle’s windshield, causing it to shatter and spray glass shards onto the victim and the driver of the vehicle. Police were notified and through the investigation, the male was identified as Napier. He was later located and placed under arrest for two counts of criminal property damage in the first degree.
Cody Smith, featured here July 7, was arrested at approximately 4:27 p.m. on July 9 opposite 1522 Makaloa St. for his $25,000 violation of supervised release warrant.
