arah and Phil Nguyen knew they want- ed to have their own business. They had talked about it for 15 years. The
question was what?
The answer came to them from person-
al experiences dining at The Pizza Press, located across the street from Disneyland, where Phil happened to be working at the time. After moving to Hawai‘i about seven and a half years ago, the couple inquired with the company to see if franchising might be a possibility.
The answer: yes.
“(We) just started our journey and chose The Pizza Press because it was a place where we always had a great experience go- ing to,” says Sarah.
“My daughter has food allergies, a lot of food allergies to cheese and dairy and all that stuff,” she adds of daughter Sage. “It was the first place ... that she was able to eat out at because they were so careful with her aller- gies, and so that was important to us.”
