Windward Mall welcomes the opening of Patty’s Closet Fashion Boutique offering a great selection of women’s fashions and accessories in limited quantities and at affordable prices.

The store carries only two smalls, two mediums and two larges in every item, and never re-orders, so its inventory is always new.

The company is based in Las Vegas and offers franchise opportunities with a growing number of stores opening across the country, including the first location in Anchorage, Alaska, opening this summer. The Windward Mall store is owned by Rosalyn Bantolina, a graduate of McKinley High School and Portland State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in human resources and general management. “I wanted to find something that was fun and would allow me to have a better work-life balance,” says Bantolina, who also is a mother of two. “Also, it was always a dream of mine to own a boutique.”

In Hawaii, Patty’s Closet Fashion Boutique also is located in the Town Center of Mililani, which is owned by Bantolina’s aunty Myrna Mendoza.
