Mandarin Ball

The Hawaii Chinese Civic Association held its annual Mandarin Ball at the Pacific Beach Hotel. The ball, which featured guests in Mandarin jackets and Chinese attire, recognized Wing Tek Lum for his contributions to the Chinese community.
