Magsingal Association Banquet
The Magsingal Association of Hawaii held its Installation Banquet, welcoming incoming president Armi Farinas (former Mrs. Hawaii Filipina) at Pacific Beach Hotel. The association represents the northern Magsingal, Ilocos Sur region of the Philippines.
