Japan Tsunami Restoration Concert
The May 3 Tohoku Tsunami Restoration Concert at a private residence at Diamond Head raised funds to benefit Rainbow for Japan Kids, a nonprofit that helps children negatively affected by the Tohoku tsunami and earthquake in 2011. Featured entertainers included jazz pianist Senri Oe, singer Junko Yagami and ukulele virtuoso Herb Ohta Jr.
