Shopping Event Gives Back, Spreads Aloha

Neiman Marcus Honolulu recently presented a $10,000 check to Aloha United Way. The funds were raised through the store’s Giveback Shopping event, during which a percentage of sales were donated to the organization. Donation Enables Program To Expand

American Savings Bank and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines recently donated more than $900,000 to Hawaiian Community Assets to expand counseling and financial education support for its Kahua Waiwai Homebuyer Program. Windward Girl Brings Home The Crown, Title

Eleven-year-old Siena-Grace Tufaga recently represented the Aloha State at the 2023 Miss Elementary America Pageant, a national event held in Little Rock, Arkansas. She won the title of Miss Elementary America 6th Grade and was crowned by last year’s winner, Farrah McDurmon of Tennessee.
